We chose to make this a delivery-only restaurant, working out of shared kitchen spaces to bring incredible food to your doorstep without the high costs of a traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant. This allows us to break the typical "good food must be pricey" mindset and offer affordable, high-quality lasagna without sacrificing our standards. Our shared kitchen model also helps us reduce energy consumption and waste by coexisting with other businesses, keeping our operation sustainable.
